We understand the current impact coronavirus (COVID-19) has had on our communities. Our hearts go out to the friends and families of those impacted.  The health and wellness of our customers and employees is a top concern here at Paul Moak Automotive.  Our sales, service, and parts departments are open normal business hours at this time.  We have adapted many of our procedures to safely serve you during this time of social distancing:

Sales Customers:
•    You are welcome to come to our showrooms and practice social distancing as you interact with our staff. See information below on actions we are taking to sanitize our dealership.
•    At-Home Test Drives, Document Signing & Vehicle Delivery are available.  Complete the ENTIRE process from the comfort and safety of home.  Please call for details.

Service Customers:
Thanks for following these steps as we take your and our employees' health seriously.  As you arrive:
1.    Please roll down all windows to allow your vehicle to begin airing out.
2.    Please use our service aisle trash can to dispose of all trash, Kleenex, etc. inside your car.
3.    You are welcome to come inside and practice social distancing as you interact with our staff.
4.    If you prefer, you may remain in your car and call 601-360-2261 for one of our service advisors.  They will gather your information over the phone and provide instructions on next steps.
5.    If you prefer to wait on your vehicle, know that our waiting areas are deep cleaned with professional grade office cleaner.  We also have multiple spacious waiting areas to spread out.  
6.    When your service work is complete, you may call 601-360-2250 for payment arrangements allowing us to handle payments over the phone rather than face to face.
7.    While working on your car we will wear gloves, use disposable seat and steering wheel covers.  We would wipe down your interior with disinfectant wipes but have found they can damage vehicle interior surfaces.  
8.    Finally, we are as concerned about our own health as you are yours.  Know that all employees at Paul Moak are actively hand washing and cleaning surfaces throughout the day.

•    Order by phone option

•    Curbside delivery of part order available upon request

All Paul Moak Automotive dealerships are following national and CDC/WHO updates on COVID-19:
•    Enhanced professional deep cleaning services with industrial-grade cleaning products meeting CDC recommendations
•    Throughout each day: cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces
•    Latex free gloves available upon entering the dealership for those who wish to use them
•    Monitoring employee health to ensure anyone not feeling well remains at home.
•    Staff responsible for moving vehicles are wearing protective gloves and using disposable steering wheel covers
•    Closely monitoring the progression of this illness and working to remain ahead of the curve.
