Once you arrive to our dealership, enjoy a contact-free visitor experience:

  • In our service drive, roll down all windows to allow your vehicle to begin airing out.
  • Please use our service aisle trash can to dispose of all trash, Kleenex, etc. inside your car.
  • Call 601-360-2261 to reach a service advisor who will gather your information over the phone and provide instructions on next steps.
  • If you prefer to wait on your vehicle, you may enjoy our outdoor waiting area.
  • Communicate your service needs to us by phone or text
  • When your service work is complete, you may pay online or by phone.
  • While working on your car we will wear gloves and use disposable seat and steering wheel covers.
  • You will receive a complimentary vehicle sanitation service from our Paul Moak Clean Team. Our disinfectant is safe for vehicles and is on the EPA pre-approval list for blocking pathogens leading to COVID-19.
