John Scarbrough has 20 years of experience in the automotive industry having worked in every department of a car dealership. His role is to work with departmental managers to continuously improve the customer experience across the entire dealership. If you have feedback you can always contact John directly. John and his wife Jeanne live in Jackson and are proud parents to three sons. John is currently Chairman of Friends of Children's Hospital Board having volunteered at the hospital the past 12 years. John and his family are members of First Baptist Church Jackson. He enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.

Jerry has been the sales manager at Paul Moak Subaru for 15 years and has over 28 years of experience in automotive sales.  He is a graduate of Alcorn State University where he was a member of Omega Si Phi fraternity. Jerry and Carol, his wife of 28 years, have three kids and are active members of Pilgrim Rest MB Church in Madison.  Jerry enjoys spending time outdoors in his free time.

Ashley was born in Biloxi, but spent her formative years growing up in Sacramento, CA.  She attended California State University in Chico, CA where she worked toward a degree in Behavioral Studies.  Prior to working at Paul Moak Ashley worked in human resources and corporate training in California and South Carolina.  Ashley and her husband are busy parents to three young sons and enjoy spending weekends outdoors at their family land in Bogue Chitto. 

Josh is a native of Brookhaven, MS, and entered the automotive industry in 2004. He graduated from the F&I Sales Development Course through Louisiana Dealer Services in 2015. Josh and his wife Vanessa have been married since 2018. Vanessa works in health care administration for a Batson Children's Hospital clinic, and she is also a sergeant for the MS National Guard. Josh enjoys cheering on the New Orleans Saints and spending time with family.

Chip has 31 years of experience in sales and sales management at Paul Moak Automotive.  He and his wife are proud parents of two children and live in Rankin County.

Ron was born and raised in Chicago, IL. His first experience living in Mississippi was attending college at Jackson State University. He moved to Houston, TX after college where he started his first job in auto sales. Decades later, Ron moved back to Jackson to care for his parents and we're happy to have him back in auto sales at Paul Moak! Outside of work, Ron enjoys playing golf at area courses.

Rick has been the Volvo Service Manager for 20 years.  He lives in Canton with his wife Lynn, and loves to be outdoors, especially when he's bow hunting and competing in bass tournaments. Every year he looks forward to at least one hunting excursion trip.

Brian has 18 years' experience as a service advisor, six of which were spent at the former Paul Moak of Ridgeland GM dealership.  He has been on staff at Paul Moak Subaru since 2009.  On the weekends, Brian enjoys camping and riding motorcycles with his family.

Morgan is a self-proclaimed "Okie from Muskogee," hailing from Muskogee, Oklahoma.  He's been around the car business since he was fourteen years old, most of which has been in the service department. He has three years' experience with Volvo and six with Subaru. For the past ten years Morgan has called Mississippi home.  He enjoys spending time outdoors-kayaking, gardening, hiking, swimming, camping, you name it!

Michael lives in Pearl, the city where he's lived since he was eight years old. He has been married to his wife Melanee for 38 yerars, and they are proud parents of three children and six grandchildren.  Michael enjoys spending time outdoors riding bicycles and kayaking. 

Todd Druery has 28 years of automotive technician work experience, the majority of which was spent on GM vehicles.  In 2009 Todd joined the team at Paul Moak Subaru.  Todd lives in Flowood and is a big fan of all SEC sports, especially his favorite teams MSU and USM.  He also loves to spend time outdoors hunting and fishing.

Larry has a combined 22 years of work experience at Paul Moak. It's easy to know whether or not Larry is in the shop because of his distinctive laugh!  Larry is a registered ASE Master Technician, and enjoys all types of music.

Richard was born and raised in Jackson.  He is a 1992 graduate of Murrah High School and began working at Paul Moak in 2014.  For fun, Richard enjoys NASCAR racing and NFL games.

Jackie joined the Paul Moak Automotive team in 2017. Her background is in automotive finance as well as retail management experience. She is a busy mother and grandmother who enjoys cooking and taking care of her relatives.
